Simply SPLENDID stay!
perfect location friendly staff lounge bar
I found the location perfect because of where I was visiting. The staff were friendly. They were modern and clean. I appreciated the free tea and coffee in the lobby. That was a good opportunity. I loved the lounge bar area. It was open 24 hours and I found that AMAZING!!!

totally awesome stay!
bright breakfast area hot drinks helpful staff
i had such a cool time the breakfast area was super bright and had great food choices! hot drinks were available all day in the dining hall i could grab coffee whenever i wanted. the staff were so helpful giving travel advice i felt really looked after.
there was no plug near the mirror so doing my hair was a bit tricky

the hotel has a very convenient location close to public transport there is easy access to the tram station and it is only a quick ride into the main areas of the city so it is easy to get around.

free coffee and tea were available all day this was a great perk since i like to have a hot drink often breakfast was plentiful offering many choices to suit different diets and preferences.

the shower room in my room was spacious there was plenty of room to move around it was very clean and modern it made showering a total breeze the beds were comfortable too.

clean room tea machine
The location provided EXACTLY what I needed. The room was spotlessly clean. The coffee machine and tea in the lounge area are available, since there is no kettle in the room. You can always come down for a drink ANYTIME.
There was only one small plastic glass in the room for drinking. I also noticed an uncomfortable mattress in my room.
